Positive Thoughts and Your Energy Level: Mental Strength Tip #173

Personal success is achieved through the disciplined execution of a fully established personal development plan, this plan should include process on positive thoughts and how they affect your energy levels.

In order to progress in our human development we must take time to ask questions and contemplate various topics of personal growth, such as positive thoughts, which is exactly the intention of these virtual personal coaching sessions.

It is intended to create self-empowerment and inspire you to take action so that you can reach your personal goals and personal success.

I take a personal growth topic, in this case positive thoughts, and give an overview about it.  Then I’ll continue by asking a series of mental strength questions.  I’ll wrap-up with a summary and some final thoughts.

Take your time with this topic, carefully consider your responses to the questions and write them down.  Personal growth is not supposed to be easy, it takes courage to face yourself.  But when you develop the courage and mental strength to do actually this, you will be building confidence.

Objective of this Mental Strength Tip on Positive Thoughts:

To help you differentiate between thoughts that empower and create energy and thoughts that disempower and consume energy.

Let’s Get Started:

Every time you think a thought, you send out that thought’s specific vibration. If a thought makes you feel good, if it’s a “positive” thought, it is vibrating at a higher frequency. If a thought makes you feel bad, if it’s a “negative” thought, it’s vibrating at a lower frequency. So, “I hate you” has a much lower frequency than “I love you”, for example.

Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Positive Thoughts:

  • Do you believe your thoughts have an impact on your energy levels?
  • Can additional energy be created through empowering thinking and positive thoughts?
  • Why don’t most people think positive that empower them?

Unsupportive Beliefs about Positive Thoughts:

  • Energy cannot be created through thoughts.
  • Energy is consumed through physical work, not through thought.
  • Energy is unrelated to attitude.

Mental Strength Beliefs about Positive Thoughts:

  • Positive thoughts and thinking creates empowerment and energy.
  • Thoughts of optimism create energy.
  • Fear-based thoughts consume energy.

Outrageous Questions about Positive Thoughts:

  • What percentage of your thoughts create your energy?
  • If you have more energy would you be more successful?
  • How often do you monitor your thinking for energy-creating or energy consuming thoughts?

Reflective Questions about Positive Thoughts:

  • Could elevating your awareness of how your thinking is affecting your energy become a strategic advantage for you?
  • How can you begin using this idea in the next 5 days?
  • What thoughts will you have to release in order to create more energy?

Mental Strength Coaching on Positive Thoughts:

Each thought we have creates an energy flow within and around our physical being. This energy attracts its likeness. So if you’re thinking, “I suck,” then your energy kinda, well, sucks—and you attract sucky experiences.

The opposite experience occurs when you think high-level thoughts like, “I rock!” When you think and feel, “I rock,” you exude an energy of confidence and in turn attract great experiences into your life. Each thought you have informs your energy, and your energy manifests into your experiences . . .

Your thoughts and energy create your reality.

Final Thought on Positive Thoughts:

The thoughts you think form a collective vibration. Some of your thoughts are more negative and some are more positive, but the majority of your thoughts are going to be in pretty much the same range. If you think predominantly positive thoughts, your overall vibration is going to be higher than if you think predominantly negative thoughts.

And this collective vibration will affect what thoughts or vibrations you have access to. If you are a predominantly negative person, you’ll have a very hard time thinking a cheery, sunshiny, happy puppy thought. It’s not impossible, but it’s very difficult.

The thing to remember, though, is that we have the ability to deliberately choose which thoughts to think. We do not have to be at the mercy of our thoughts, letting them determine our collective vibrations. We can change our energies at any time.
