Personal Reflections On Mental Strength
1998 – Avalanche on Mt. Rainer: Survived with torn PCL and broken hand.
2016 – CrossFit Open: Finished top 20 in the world (in my age bracket).
2017 – Orthoscopic knee surgery: Removed meniscus, no cartilage left, PVNS, basically bone on bone
2018 – Double pneumonia and Empyema: Lost 25 lbs. in less than a month
2020 – Knee replacement surgery: Looking forward to the come back!
