CONTROL

This quality determines if you are in control of your life and are confident that you can get things done. This involves both life control and emotional control. Sometimes you may feel like you are not getting anything done and start to have bad thoughts about your progression. But work through challenges and gain control.

Control – Control means having a sense of self-worth and describes the extent to which a person feels in control of their life and their circumstances. Also, importantly it describes the extent to which they can control the display of their emotions.

  • Life Control
    • I believe I can do it, it’s in my control
  • Emotional Control
    • I can manage my emotions and the emotions of others
