Setting Expectations

This statement is a cornerstone in understanding the dynamics of performance, not just in teams but also at an individual level. Let’s dive into its essence:

  • Setting High Standards: Expectations act as the north star for personal and professional endeavors. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, an athlete, or a professional in any field, the standards you set for yourself pave the path for your journey. Aim high, and your efforts will follow.
  • The Trap of Acceptance: It’s human to err and falter. However, the critical factor lies in how we respond to these setbacks.
