Warrior Mind Podcast Episode # 72 – Mistakes
I am VERY happy to announce the grand opening of The Warriors Path tribal site:
Please take a few minutes to check it out today.
This Warrior Mind Podcast is based on note I received from a reader and listener. Without revealing who it was here is the note:
“I know in the military knowing how to deal under pressure to get stuff done is essential. Attention to detail is critical. A true warrior must know how to execute flawlessly. Most times the act of repetition creates muscle memory and helps a person no longer rely on thought but straight execution.
But what if the game is continuously changing?
How does one prepare and focus on new arriving circumstances when there is no time to train. I have noticed that my work suffers with attention to detail. Maybe it is because I speed through things but I want to find information on how to improve my ability to focus on mistakes I make and be able to catch them before others do.
I was wondering if there are any books on this subject that you might know of? I can’t seem to find any. I want to seriously limit the mistakes I make. Or it might be an interesting podcast topic.
Just some thoughts.”
Here are the key points I picked up in this:
- Attention to detail
- Execute flawlessly.
- But what if the game is continuously changing?
- Prepare andfocus on new arriving circumstances no time to train.
- Focus on mistakes
