Most people occasionally enjoy moderate success and they’ll tell you they believe in goal-setting, but can’t tell you their primary goals in 10 seconds or less if they had to.

They are dangerously unaware of how much this costing them, because they are at the level of thinking where they believe knowing something equals actively practicing it.

In reality, they are no better off than the person who’s never heard of goal setting, maybe worse.

I encourage your to write down your top personal goals every day for 30 days and watch what happens. I know you’ll be amazed at the level of mental strength clarity and focus you’ll gain from this exercise.
