  • Cold water exposure (5 minutes to shock the system and reset focus)
  • Breathwork (box breathing or 4-7-8 to regulate stress and presence)
  • Journaling: “What would personal excellence look like today?”
  • Movement (doesn’t have to be a full workout—just move your body with intent)

Build a 30-minute ritual that centers your mission.

Mindset Shift: The first battle of the day is won before breakfast.

3.) Dominate Your Inner Dialogue

Your self-talk either builds empires or digs graves. Most men don’t even realize how much they sabotage themselves internally.
