Mental Strength Tip #73 – Fearless Leadership and Personal Success

Happy New Year and Welcome back to another Mental Strength Tip!

I hope 2012 is going to be an absolutely amazing Year of the Dragon for you.

Let’s back to it then….

Achieving personal success and reaching your personal goals begins with a mental strength mindset of empowering beliefs.

Reaching your personal goals and personal success starts in your mind…and finishes with taking inspired and massive action.

This is one in a series of virtual success coaching and mental strength tips to help kick-start your week.  It is intended to enthuse and inspire you to take action so that you can reach your personal goals and personal success.

I take one mental strength tips and run though a brief overview of it, then ask some very direct success coaching questions.  The intention of this virtual success coaching session is for you to write and answer these questions in your success journal and then reflect on them to gain insight on yourself, your dreams and what’s holding you back.

These series of posts are for YOU!  If I’m not able to success coach you personally then I highly recommend Warrior Mind Fundamentals. Its online mental strength training that will help you create a warrior mind so that you can live a life of power, purpose and passion.

Objective of this Mental Strength Tip:

To help you understand that in order to achieve abundant personal success, you must be a leader who is focused and fearless.

Your convictions must be so strong you’re willing to bet everything you have on them.

A leader who lives in fear of reprisal and ridicule will fold when the pressure becomes too great.  This is the exact time a mental strong leader is just warming up for the challenge.

Let’s Get Started:

“The encouraging thing is that every time you meet a situation, though you may think at the time it is an impossibility and you go through the tortures of the damned, once you have met it and lived through it you find that forever after you are freer than you ever were before. If you can live through that you can live through anything. You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, `I lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’ The danger lies in refusing to face the fear, in not daring to come to grips with it. If you fail anywhere along the line, it will take away your confidence. You must make yourself succeed every time. You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” — Eleanor Roosevelt

Mental Strength Coaching:

The enemy of mental strength is delusion. Be aware the most people will rate their leadership ability far higher than their peers rate them.

My job as your virtual mental strength and success coach is to ask the probing questions and move you into the perspective of objective reality as it relates to your fearlessness leadership ability.

A delusional leader will not consider the above points and questions.  They’re to busying saying to themselves, “What could I possibly learn from this?”

Final Thought

The world is full and sheep and partially committed leaders.

What the work need is people to be rhinos, how are bold enough to stand up for what they believe in and refuse to compromise their values and beliefs to the pressure of the mentally weak masses.
