Mental Strength Tip #61 – Giving And Personal Success

Welcome back to another Mental Strength Tip!

Achieving personal success and reaching your personal goals begins with a mental strength mindset of empowering beliefs.

Reaching your personal goals and personal success starts in your mind…and finishes with taking inspired and massive action.

This is one in a series of virtual success coaching and mental strength tips to help kick-start your week.  It is intended to enthuse and inspire you to take action so that you can reach your personal goals and personal success.

I take one mental strength tips and run though a brief overview of it, then ask some very direct success coaching questions.  The intention of this virtual success coaching session is for you to write and answer these questions in your success journal and then reflect on them to gain insight on yourself, your dreams and what’s holding you back.

These series of posts are for YOU!  If I’m not able to success coach you personally one-on-one over the phone or in The 2nd Passage, I want you to at least get the benefit of a virtual mental strength and success coaching session.

Objective of this Mental Strength Tip:

To help you understand that part of mental strength development is how it relates to giving without expecting anything in return.

To influence you of the positive effects giving has on your confidence, self-esteem reaching your personal goals and personal success, as well as our overall sense of fulfillment

Let’s Get Started:

Many average people give to charity, church etc with an unconsciousness anticipation of getting something in return.

The mentally strong give for the sake of giving and do not expect anything back.  Although they do receive back hundreds of times what they give, this is not the reason why they give.

Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:

  • Do you believe it’s possible to give without getting?
  • What impact has giving had on you and your personal goals in the past?
  • Why do most people give?
  • Why do you give?

Unsupportive Beliefs about Giving

  • I can’t afford to give
  • Giving is for rich people
  • Most people don’t appreciate it , so I don’t give

Mental Strength Beliefs about Giving

  • I can’t afford NOT to give
  • Giving helps attract my personal success and abundance
  • Giving is the responsibility of every person with mental strength

Outrageous Questions:

  • Are you really giving or giving to get?
  • Is it possible your beliefs about giving are holding you back from your personal goals?
  • Have your beliefs about giving evolved with you and your mental strength, or do you have the philosophy you had five years ago?

Reflective Questions:

  • Could not giving enough be costing you your personal success?
  • Can becoming more of a giver move you closer to achieving your personal goals?
  • Do you only give when you can get something in return?

Mental Strength Coaching:

Keep in mind the most people have been conditioned to be “traders” and not givers.  The average person gives only when they expect to get some equal benefit on return.

This low level of awareness and consciousness is rooted in fear and scarcity.  My goal in this success coaching session is to help raise your level of awareness so that you see giving is actually a mental strength strategy that floods you with abundance, especially when you give with expecting anything in return.

Final Thought

Giving, without attachment of getting something back, deluges the giver with feelings of love, abundance and gratitude.

It tells your subconsciousness there’s limitless supply of good in the world, which then directs it to make this idea a reality.

The more you give, the more you get back, it’s impossible to out-give to Universe.
