Be aware that most people how have always been employed have never seen themselves as an entrepreneur who are leasing their services to the corporation where they work.
Many see themselves as simply a cog in the corporate machine, mo matter how high their position. Once you begin to see yourselves as an entrepreneur you’ll being to realize that you are fully responsible for your personal success.
The better you become as an entrepreneur, the more compensation you can command. This mental strength mindset empowers you to do whatever it takes to be successful or risk facing a life of regret. The company can no longer be blamed for your failure or success.

Reflective Questions:
- Would adopting a mental strength philosophy of being an entrepreneur help or hurt you in reaching your personal success?
- What would you have to do to fully adopt a mental strength philosophy of entrepreneurism?
- How would this idea change how you approach you job on a regular basis?
Mental Strength Coaching:
Moving from believing you’re a cog in the corporate machine to realizing you’re in total control of your destiny is a major shift in thinking.
