MY OWN EXPERIENCE

My life-defining moment came in June of 1998 when I survived a horrific avalanche while descending Mt. Rainier. In that instant, I discovered the true meaning of mental strength, physical endurance, spiritual trust, and the power of presence in the Now.

Real peak performance means going beyond expectations — setting internal standards that surpass what others demand. It’s the ultimate expression of your untapped potential and the foundation of lasting transformation.
