A belief is strongly held opinion about something.  A belief system and is a group of beliefs about the same topic.

In order to achieve your personal goals and grow your personal success, you must embark on building a mental strength belief system through a reprogramming process which consists of enhancing your language and internal representation about yourself, others and the world around you.
