Time For Some Physical and Emotional Cleaning
Nature always fills a vacuum, this is an indisputable law. So, it’s important…no, crucial to make space for what you want to in your life. This applies to your personal success with material things like money, a Porsche and even a new house. Have you ever cleaned out your closet by donating old clothes to charity? How long did that void stay empty? Probably less then a week!
This law applies to your personal fulfillment and relationships as well. If you’re so busy in you personal success you might not have “any room” for personal pleasures and relationships.
Your emotions are another area to consider. If a person is filled with rage, bitterness and resentment, there is little to no room for love, appreciation and happiness.
Part of personal development and personal empowerment is to consistently make room for those people, places, things and emotions you desire in your life.
I might suggest a weekly ‘cleaning’ to release those things that do not serve in your quest for your goals and desires. One great way to release ‘negative’ and disempowering emotions is the Huna process of Ho’oponopono. My teacher, Dr. Matt James goes over this in a recent interview in “Insight” magazine.
So, examine what you want to bring into your life, whether it’s for personal success, personal empowerment or peak performance, and then start making room for it.
