Getting ready for day two of the Milana Leshinsky’s Coaching Super Summit in Baltimore and I’ve gotta tell ya…day 1 was fantastic! We heard from Michel Neray on “What drives us crazy is what makes us great!” and really creating our own message instead of the canned typical elevator pitch. The process he took us through was very unique and we were all able to find and connect with our core essence on what makes us great and how we can assist others with this greatness.
Then we heard from Dan Janal from PR Leads. Dan went over the right and wrong way of to perform article marketing. This was a very revealing session and all I can say is stay away from those “too good to be true” auto-submission software companies.
Then came the truly amazing Kendall Summerhawk. Kendall really explained about how much value we (us coaches) really provide to our clients and the importance developing a deep connection with all them through various programs. There is too much to go into here, but if your coach attended this workshop be prepared for dramatic and positive change in your relationship.
After lunch was Christian Micklesen. For one of the “oldest young coaches” Christian has an astonishing comprehension on how to develop products to add to any services oriented individual, i.e. coach, consultant etc. that will enhance their relationship with their clients was well as develop additional paths of revenue for the coach, consultant, etc.
Last but not least was Beth Schneider. Beth discussed the importance of systems. Let me tell you…if you don’t have documented specific and distinct system your business cannot grow smoothly and efficiently. Beth and her team have this process nailed down. No matter what business your in, if you expect to grow you MUST have a system in place….Beth is the person to see about getting this done.
Well that’s it for two one…off to day two….
Have a great day!
