Momentum comes from the Latin of movement and is partially defined as a “driving power or strength.”
When you look at the definition it’s clear to see that momentum can be used for personal success as well as personal “failure.” The question is, which way are you using it?
Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:
- How does mental strength momentum occur?
- What experiences have you had with momentum in your life?
- Can momentum be artificially created?
Unsupportive Beliefs about Momentum
- Positive momentum only comes from positive events.
- Momentum can’t be explained, it just happens.
- Momentum comes and goes without warning or explanation.
Mental Strength Beliefs about Momentum
- Momentum can be created at will.
- Mental strength momentum is created by supportive thoughts.
- Positive momentum comes from a courageous state of mind.

- What thought processes help you in creating mental and physical momentum?

Once you have comprehended how important it is to understand and study the power of momentum and to know it can be triggered by specific thoughts, it’s now tome to engage in the momentum creating process in your life.
Start by keep of journal of the ways in which you create momentum in moving towards your personal success as well as things you do to create momentum away from your personal goals.
Keep track of both mental and physical things. Then review them weekly so that you can better harness the power momentum to do more of things that move you closer towards your personal goals and personal success.
