This is one in a series of mental strength life coaching tips to help start your week of strong so that you can reach your personal goals and personal success.

These series of posts are for YOU! If I’m not able to coach you personally one-on-one, I want you to at least get the benefit of “virtual” coaching.
Objective of this Mental Strength Tip:
To help you understand that creativity and imagination are two of the highest forms of thinking, and that both skills must be exercised daily to unlock your potential. To help your build the belief that focusing your mental energy toward creating new solutions is far smarter then wasting time worrying about a situation.
Let’s Get Started:
Think back to how many times you have used your creativity and imagination to solve a problem. Don’t you believe that you can improve this area and that by doing so you would be that much closer to achieving your personal success?
Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:
- Do you believe the successful people are also some of the most creative?
- What role does creativity play in achieving peak personal performance?
- Do you believe creativity and imagination are rooted in the mindset of fear and scarcity or love and abundance?
Unsupportive Beliefs about Creativity
- Creative thought and imagination are for artists and inventors.
- I’m too busy to be creative.
- I’m not a creative or imaginative person.
Mental Strength Beliefs about Creativity
- Creativity is the secret to problem solving and peak performance.
- Creativity is the way to personal success and wealth.
- Competition is ego based, creativity is spirit based.
Outrageous Questions:
- Why aren’t you using your creative power more to help you reach your personal goals?
- What’s the biggest problem you ever solved using creative thought?
- Are you denying the power of creativity because it’s not logical thinking?
Reflective Questions:
- How can you become more creative in reaching your personal goals?
- How can I help you exercise your mental strength aspect of creativity?
- Are you a better problem solver when you’re in your ego or higher-self consciousness?
Mental Strength Coaching:
Remember that most people look at problem from a fearful and scarcity mindset. Many average individuals waste precious mental strength energy worrying about the problem. While a measure of this is practical, most of this mental strength energy should be direct toward creative thoughts to manifest a new solution to reach a personal goal. Fear and scarcity restricts thinking. Thoughts of “there is a way”, love and abundance expand thinking.
Final Thought
Creativity and imagination make the finite infinite. There can never be a finite amount of money and personal success because personal success and money are manifested from ideas, which are the product of creative thought. Love is the soil and creativity is the flow that grows it. Love and creativity are the two greatest examples of mental strength thinking. Neither have a beginning or an end. They have always been and will always be.
