Final Thought
Sustained concentration much be coached and achieve in incremental steps. Remember, many of us have been raised in the age of computers, microwaves and videogames. The younger you are the more likely you’ve been “conditioned” for a shorter attention span. This typical mindset is of instant gratification, and if a person doesn’t get it, they’ll turn their focus elsewhere. This is a formula for failure! It’s my job as your coach to help you break this habit and create the mental strength of a warrior so that you can achieve your peak personal performance and personal success.
