How to Create Your Ideal Self For A Meaningful Life

Before you awake each day to start your day, you should take a few moments to ask yourself one particular question. What is this question? It is ” How can I demonstrate my ideal self throughout this day” and you need to ask yourself this question every morning.

When you stay still long enough for the answer to come to you, you will start to have different thinking compared to just waking up, and going about your day the same as yesterday and all the preceding days.

You do not stop and think if you just wake up each morning, roll out of the same side of the bed as usual, switch your alarm off in the same daily manner, and stagger into the bathroom to do your business as usual. (This is not the way to attain your ideal self.)The same is true if you also scrub your body in the same manner in the shower, gaze into your mirror remembering who you are just as the preceding days, and groom and dress your body in the same manner people have grown to expect.

Other things you may repeat over and over the same manner without stopping to think include eat the exact same breakfast each day, drive to the office by the same route, associate with the same staff members trying to motivate them, and perform all the memorized daily tasks that you know so well. Doing all the same things each day does nothing to attain your ideal self or to change how your mind operates.

Your Ideal Self

Neuroscience teaches us that the nerve cells that activate jointly are connected to one another. In other words, when you think and act in a repetitive fashion daily, your mind becomes hardwired to this pattern and it is hard to change this thinking. The irony is that most people got through the same motions each day hoping and praying that something new will happen in their lives.

Some in the past have considered this thinking as a type of insanity!

However, when you think consciously on attaining the ideal self for your day ahead, you help your brain to activate new combinations, patterns and sequences. You change how your mind works when you encourage your brain to do this. Your mind is simply your active brain. You recreate your mind through this compared to just doing the same things in the same manner each day.

Your large frontal lobe allows your thoughts more believable. Therefore, when you block your ears and eyes from hearing and seeing all the confusion of the outside world, you will create a different image of who you are minus any distractions. This is the start of finding your ideal self.

When you focus completely on this, eventually, your brain will not perceive the difference between your thoughts that you imagine and the things that are going on in the outside world.

The truth is that these thoughts you are focusing on will seem real to your mind. Think of your brain as a computer getting an upgrade on hardware through this process of thinking and imagining. As a result, as you change your brain, your mind changes, or vice versa.

Mind and matter according to quantum physics are connected elements. The truth is, the subjective mind highly influences the outside world. (This is part of the journey to your ideal self.) Your mindful and conscious observation of what truly happens influences other things. The intentional mind organizes and conditions matter into a roadmap for your personal destiny.

Therefore, if your reality can be altered by your mind then it is reasonable to think that when you change your mind you can change your life in significant ways.

While you hone your skills to attain a desired goal or destiny through your new ideal version of yourself in place of your old self, you will change your life in a unique manner.

Why does this happen?

This happens with through your new ideal self, because does not cling to your old reality. Instead, it makes you a new reality through your new, improves patterns of thinking.

However, if you are committed to just staying in bed until you think you have attained this new ideal, this too will condition your body to work in conjunction with your new way of thinking.

Basically, you’re thinking affects your mind and it turn your feelings influence your body. The universe’s power is at your fingertips when your body and mind work in conjunction with each other. Your world should be somewhat different as you walk through your day with this new ideal self to reward you for your effort. Anyone can go through this phenomenon if he or she chooses to do it.

I definitely believe that you and other people are all divine creators. You are independents of you social status, gender, race, culture, education, past mistakes, and religious beliefs as you have a power within you that is present in all human beings and all of us are connected through this power.

There is a quantum field of invisible consciousness present is everything. It is universal and personal in nature. This is what gives life. This type of perfected, conscious, mindful energy (this is your new ideal self) is strong enough to support, protect, maintain and even heal us each day. This helps our hearts beat thousands of beat in any given day.

It also helps our bodies produce millions of cells each minute and controls many of the chemical reactions in each cell each second. These are just some of the things this energy does. Supernovas in far off galaxies were created from this same intelligence and it helps the planets stay in rotation around our sun. It also enjoys the blooming flowers.

You become divine when you make the effort and time to connect and make solid contact with this new mind (your new ideal self). In addition, you need to use this connection to create future events, and let it intervene in all areas of your life. You also through this process emulate the creator through expressing intelligence, love, and power.

The ideal first move on this new adventure is to do anything that is out of the norm for your routine. I have discovered through my life the when you hide from the outside world to rid yourself of the everyday environmental influences that make you think and act in your old self ways, that you start to make true changes to become your new ideal self.

For you to be able to change, you must first think beyond the present reality you are in day to day, and let your mind travel beyond your memorized feelings that make up your present being, and become your future being.

Everyone has the ability to do this, because we are all connected through the same mind. You just need to learn and reorganize the way you think to attain your ideal self for a more fulfilling future.
