Whether you call them affirmations, declarations, incantations or positive self-talk repeating empowering phrases helps shift your energy. When your energy shifts you are then open to unlimited possibilities.
One key in using these or any empowering phrases is to first come to a place where you unconditionally realize that you are part of an omnipresent, powerful and creative singular force. You can call it what ever you like.
The point here is when you KNOW that you are part of this Force and this Force is expressing Itself through you and as you, then when you repeat these affirmations you will be tapping into the creative nature of this Force and will manifest that which you speak.
This is one reason why people don’t experience the creative process of affirmations, declarations or incantations. They don’t have the mental strength and really contemplate their connection and relationship with the Universe.
The funny thing here is that those don’t “get what they want” are creating exactly in accordance with their belief. They consciously or unconsciously are repeating disempowering affirmations and they are getting exactly what they say.
So affirmations do work! You’re belief in a Natural Law does not excuse you from its’ consequences. If you don’t know about gravity and fall…you will ht the ground, it’s the Law.
The hidden secret in developing mental strength is to unconditionally KNOW you are part of a much larger Creative Force and that Force is working through you.
